Shipping Coverage
- We ship across India. International shipping is available in beta mode to select locations.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping Charges
- Weight-based charges apply.
- Nominal fixed fee depending on volumetric weight, base fee INR 90+tax.
- Base fee and multiples are subject to change based on prevailing rates and internal policies.
- A breakdown of all fees, applicable taxes, and conditions will be provided at checkout.
Payment & Cash-on-Delivery
- Cash-on-delivery is available with a 25% booking advance.
- Tracking links provided by logistics partners.
- Full payment of the remaining COD balance is required upon delivery. Refusal voids the booking advance and future COD eligibility.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times depend on location, distance, and logistics partners.
- Not liable for delivery delays by courier/postal authorities but will assist with tracking.
- Purchases may arrive in multiple packages; one delivery fee applies per order.
- Delivery times are estimates; actual timelines may vary due to external factors.
- Communication
- Customers will be notified of shipment by email/WhatsApp. Include accurate contact details at checkout for timely updates.
COD Restrictions
- Trial orders are not permitted by COD.
- Refusal of COD orders will deactivate COD option for future orders and forfeit booking advance.
- Some pin codes may not be eligible for COD.

- Ensure the correct customer service email is listed (support@theleafbud.com).
Special Delivery Requests
- Special time-bound delivery requirements must be communicated at ordering and by email.
- Efforts will be made, but guarantees cannot be provided.
- Special delivery requests are subject to feasibility and confirmation by our team.
Logistics Partners
- Indian orders serviced by Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, Blue Dart, Anjani Couriers.
- Logistics partners may change at Leafbud’s discretion.
- Coverage determined by courier partner network.
- If address is not served, Leafbud will coordinate alternative solutions with the customer.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No refunds for doorstep cancellation or repeated failed delivery attempts. Exceptions may apply for damaged, defective, or lost packages, subject to investigation and proof.
Exclusions
- No shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

- Leafbud is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit unless reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include photographic evidence.
