We are headquartered in Mumbai and our warehouse is located in Mumbai. We have no physical stores.

As soon as your order has been placed, an email as well as a Whatsapp notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message.

Yes, you can do so either by contacting us through email or on our WhatsApp helpline number provided in the “Contact us” section on our website. However if the order has been shipped, the shipping and billing address originally provided cannot be altered.

It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you are simply going to love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also cross-check reviews for the concerned product on the respective product page on our website before placing an order.

We manufacture and curate unique products from across India. In the future we may explore the possibility of sourcing and manufacturing across South East Asia.

You can opt for express shipping while placing your order(charges begin from Rs.200 and vary depending upon your order value). We can expedite your delivery only for select pincodes to reach you within 4-5 days. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team for more details.

Yes, you can get Rs.150 off on your first order (on a minimum purchase of Rs.1500). Use the coupon code: LBNEW at the time of checkout. This applicable only for register users.

Delivery

At the checkout page, when you add your pincode and address details, an estimated date of delivery is shown to you. Once you have placed your order, you can also check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp/email.

The delivery time is dependent on the logistic network available in your location and the area’s serviceability. We always try to procure the item and deliver it as soon as possible. However, you can opt for express shipping on the checkout page and check the estimated delivery date before placing the order.

 Yes, we can. You can add a note on the checkout page to not include the invoice in your order or you can also contact us with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

For your benefit we have created 2 options
1. Specialized gift boxes: We are more than happy to provide this box to you free of cost provided there is a minimum purchase of Rs.2500. You can select the “Add Gift Box” option on your cart for the desired order item or go into the ‘customize’ section of the website to choose your gift box. For orders below INR 2500/- you can choose to add the Gift box in your order for a nominal fee of INR 556 per box. The size of the box is mentioned in product description.
2. Gift wrapping paper: For all orders you can choose to add the Gift wrapping paper by ticking the option on the product page. A nominal fee of INR 50 per sheet will be charged. The Gift wrapping paper will be included in the product packaging and you can choose to wrap it at your convenience.

Returns & Refund

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually – the variations add uniqueness to each product.   

We ship several thousand parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Leafbud team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.

We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

We try our best to curate products that fit all moods, preferences and spaces, but we understand that sometimes they might not work as expected. For such instances, we do provide Return services. We accept returns only up to 7 days post-delivery of the order. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. While returning a product, please make sure it is the correct one before you hand it over to the pickup agent. We charge a nominal fee to process subsequent returns. The fee structure is as below. Once the items have been picked up from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit for the value of items returned (minus the below charges) so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable.

      1. For orders below Rs 2500 -> pickup charge is Rs 250.
      2. For orders above Rs 2500 -> pickup charge is 10% of the order total

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Leafbud reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Leafbud will reserve the right to charge 2-way shipping costs.

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds and can only offer you store credit in exchange for your return request. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations.

Bulk Orders & Customization

No, we do not customize any of our products. However, you can add a gift wrap or gift message at the checkout page while placing your order.

Payment

You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Paypal, or Razorpay. We also have a Cash on Delivery option. In case you have a Leafbud Gift card or discount code, you can use that to pay – just add the code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ tab on the Checkout page and click on ‘Apply’.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders. For COD orders with an order value of <Rs.500, we charge shipping fees of Rs.90 and for COD orders with an order value of >Rs.500, we charge shipping fees of Rs.40.
