Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

  • Leafbud maintains a no-return policy except in cases of damaged products upon delivery.
  • Prepaid orders and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) follow identical return eligibility standards, with specific COD restrictions clarified below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only considered if:
  • The item was received damaged.
  • The claim is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos showing damage to product and packaging are submitted.
  • Returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted—change of mind, minor discrepancies, or voluntary cancellations are excluded.

Returns Process

  • Once a return is approved: Product will be collected from your doorstep at no extra charge (first two returns).
  • You may choose:
    • E-store credit valid for three months.
    • Like-for-like replacement, subject to availability.
    • Shipping charges paid on original order are non-refundable.
  • For three or more returns:
    • Pickup fee applies: ₹250 for orders below ₹2,500;
    • 10% of order total for orders above ₹2,500.
    • E-store credit will be deducted by applicable fees.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be:
    • In unused, original condition.
    • Returned in original packaging, with all documentation.
    • Returns failing to meet condition requirements will not qualify for store credit or replacement.

Refund & Credit

  • No direct cash refunds are issued. Resolution is via store credit or replacement only.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months and freely applicable to future purchases.
  • Refunds for doorstep cancellation or failed delivery will not be honored. Exceptions apply for proven damages or missing parcels only.

Exceptions & Limitations

  • No returns for:
    • International orders, unless damaged in transit and claim filed per above timelines.
    • Unserviceable pin codes at the time of pickup—returns processed only once pin code becomes active again.
    • Claims for missing products or suspected theft in transit must be:
    • Reported with video evidence before box is opened.
    • Submitted within 24 hours of delivery notification.
    • Leafbud is not liable for loss or damage after successful delivery unless claim procedures are followed as above.

COD Orders & Cancellations

  • COD claims require full payment before processing returns or credits.
  • Refusal of COD delivery will result in deactivation of COD for future purchases and forfeiture of any booking advance.
  • Orders (prepaid or COD) cannot be cancelled or altered once placed and will be deemed returns if refused on delivery.
  • For refused prepaid orders, two-way shipping charges may apply.

  • All return, replacement, and claim requests require supporting evidence and compliance with stipulated procedures.
  • Leafbud will assist customers with logistics partner coordination but is not liable for delays, coverage gaps, or external courier issues.
